Test Implementation

After the software selection, a test implementation phase in which the methodology was applied to the planning of process chains for an exemplary product is conducted. The results of this test implementation were taken as a basis to evaluate the monetary and qualitative efforts and benefits that would be provided by a division-wide implementation of METAFER. This evaluation has proven, that METAFER has various qualitative advantages compared to the conventional planning process and the cost necessary for its implementation will amortise within about three years.
